Event: NZ National Ultimate Championships (Open and Women’s Divisions)
When: 9-10 April 2011 (Be at the fields by 9.00 am on Sat 9 April)

Where: Christchurch (Walking distance from the Airport with plenty of cheap accommodation options!)
Cost:
The cost is $50 per person (this includes a $10 NZU levy); team managers are to collect the entry fee and complete the team registration form. There will be an early bird discount of $10 per person if the team manager submits the NZU entry registration form and the team fees prior to the 11th of February 2011. Hence if you pay before 11 February the fee is $40 per person.
No player or team registrations will be accepted after 18 March 2011. This is to allow plenty of time to finalise the draw, catering, team seedings etc....
For this small cost you get:
- A brand new disc
- A fantastic tournament on excellent fields

- Some food and water
- The chance to have the time of your life and become a national champion (bragging rights and prizes)
- Winning teams/clubs get the right to represent NZ at international events (i.e. Aussie, Asia Oceania Champs etc...)
Event Description:
This event is the national outdoor mixed ultimate championships held annually. In 2011 it will be held at Nunweek park in Christchurch. It is an open and women’s division, team event that is supported by the national ultimate governing body – the NZU. The winning men’s and women’s teams at this event can boast that they are the current 2010/2011 National Ultimate outdoor champions. This season’s event is being run (hosted) by the Canterbury Frisbee Flyers Club (CFFC).
Methods of payment and team registration:
Cheque: Cheques can be made out to “Canterbury Frisbee Flyers Club”. They should be posted with a completed registration form to:

Electronic Payment & Registration: Team registrations can be emailed to mel_mike@xtra.co.nz and team entry fees can be direct debited to Westpac bank, account number 03-0802-0900027-00. Please include your team name in the reference field. If you choose this method of payment, then please also email mel_mike@xtra.co.nz to confirm the team name that the payment was for and the amount that you deposited.
Cash: Cash payments are also acceptable when paid to Michael or Melissa Connolly. Team registrations should accompany the payment.
Lunch Option:
We are considering a lunch option for this tournament. This would cost $10 per person in your team, for both days. Basically we’d give your team a box of “goodies” for lunch each day of the tournament. If you are interested in this, then please let me know. If there is not enough demand for this, then it won’t happen.
